Yes — no sign-up and no limit beyond fair use: a quick human check, and a cap on how often one network or one site can be checked, so nobody can point us at a site to flood it.
Do you keep what I check?
A result is kept for ten minutes so a page checked twice is fetched once, and isn't tied to you. The keyword generator runs entirely in your browser. We never store the pages we fetch.
How do the tools fetch my site?
As MakerRadarBot, our crawler: it asks your robots.txt first and fetches nothing it disallows, reads at most the first 500 KB of a page, never follows a redirect into a private network, and gives up after a few seconds.
