What does the SEO checker look at?

The page you give it, as our crawler fetches it: its title, meta description, headings, canonical link, robots rules, Open Graph tags, JSON-LD structured data, image alt text and the amount of readable text.

Does it run the page's JavaScript?

No. It reads the HTML your server sends, which is what most crawlers and AI assistants see first. If your content only appears after JavaScript runs, the checker shows a page with little text — a sign to render it on the server.

Is it free?
