Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

We use the minimum cookies needed to run MakerRadar plus Google Analytics for aggregate usage. We set no advertising cookies, and you can opt out of analytics at any time.

1. Summary

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, and Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. Our other analytics (Cloudflare and Ahrefs) are cookieless. We set no advertising cookies and don't use third-party cross-site trackers.

3. Analytics

We measure aggregate traffic with a mix of providers: Cloudflare and Ahrefs run server-side and set no cookies, while Google Analytics uses the _ga cookies listed above. We don't use advertising pixels or third-party cross-site trackers.

In the EU/UK we ask for your consent via a banner before any Google Analytics cookie is set, and analytics stays disabled until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on or block analytics cookies in your browser — the cookieless analytics above will continue to work without identifying you.

4. Local storage

Your browser may store small preferences locally, such as your light/dark theme choice. This stays in your browser, isn't a cookie, and isn't sent to us.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all provide controls). Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.

6. More information

For how we handle personal data generally, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We'll update this policy and the "last updated" date above if our use of cookies changes.
