About
About MakerRadar
MakerRadar is a weekly product launch platform and startup directory. Makers list apps, SaaS, developer tools, shops and services for free; the community ranks each week's launches by upvotes; and every listing gets a permanent, search-friendly page. Paid placements are always labelled and never change a rank.

What MakerRadar is
MakerRadar is a product launch platform & startup directory. Every week a new launch board opens: makers put their product on it, the community upvotes what it likes, and the board ranks the week's launches by those upvotes. Apps, SaaS, developer tools, shops, services and side projects all belong here.
Listing is free, with 25 free launch spots each week. Every listing also gets a permanent page of its own: what the product does, who makes it, what it's built with, how it's priced and how it ranked. Those pages are written to be found — on Google, and in the answers AI assistants give — long after launch week ends.
How a launch works
- A maker submits their product with its website, a short description and a logo.
- Our team reviews every submission before it goes public, so the board stays free of spam and broken links.
- It launches in a week of the maker's choosing — the free queue's next open week, or a week they pick with a paid launch.
- During its week it's ranked by real community upvotes. When the week ends, the top launches are shortlisted, and a person confirms the awards before they're given.
- Its page stays up afterwards, and the maker can keep it current.
The rules we keep
- Rank is earned. The board is ordered by upvotes only. Paid placements can pin a product to a position, but they never change its rank, and they're always labelled. How ranking & ads work.
- Makers' words are theirs. A listing's name, tagline and description are written by its makers. We show who has proven they own a listing, and we label what makers say as theirs wherever we hand it to AI agents.
- We check where links go. Listed sites are scanned for safety. A site we haven't checked recently opens through a warning page first, and anyone can report a listing's site without an account.
- Your data stays yours. We collect only what we need, never see card details, and ask before analytics cookies where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy.

For developers and AI agents
The directory is open to read from code: a read-only REST API, a Model Context Protocol server for AI assistants, and a Markdown version of the home page and every product page. No key needed — start with the developer docs.
