Refund Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Our paid features deliver an instant, permanent digital benefit, so sales are final by default. The good-faith exceptions below still apply, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

1. Overview

Because a purchase on MakerRadar takes effect immediately and can't be "returned", we operate on a no-refund-by-default basis. The sections below describe where we do make exceptions.

2. Premium launch (one-time)

  • Sales are final once your launch is scheduled or live.
  • Duplicate or accidental double charges are refunded in full within 14 days.
  • If we fail to deliver what the purchase grants (for example the dofollow link or badge), we'll remediate it or refund you.

4. Newsletter sponsorship

  • Refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled send date.
  • Once the issue has been sent, the sponsorship is non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule to another available date once, free of charge.

5. Done-for-you submissions

  • Refundable in full before we begin submitting your product.
  • Once submissions have started, the purchase is non-refundable because the work has been performed.

6. Fraud & manipulation

Fraud, upvote manipulation, or abuse forfeits all refund rights, including charges that would otherwise have been refundable.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.

8. How to request a refund

Email support@makerradar.io with your order id, the product URL, the purchase date and the reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing here limits consumer-protection rights you have by law (for example an EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right). Where you ask us to begin immediately, you may be agreeing to waive a withdrawal period for completed digital services.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
