Dofollow link
A dofollow link is an ordinary link without a nofollow, sponsored or ugc rel value, so search engines may count it as a vote for the page it points to.
Also called
followed linkThere's no dofollow attribute: “dofollow” just means a link with none of the rel values that tell search engines not to pass credit (nofollow, sponsored, ugc). Most links between sites are dofollow.
On MakerRadar, a listing's link to the maker's site is nofollow by default and becomes dofollow when the listing earns it — our badge on the maker's site, an award, our team's pick, or a Premium launch.
