Glossary
Thin content
Thin content is a page with too little original substance to be useful — a near-empty list, a stub, a duplicate — which search engines rank poorly.
Sites that generate pages from data have to guard against it. MakerRadar only publishes a category, tag or comparison page once it has enough listings to be worth a visit, and keeps the rest out of the index.
