Product launch
A product launch is the planned moment a new product is introduced to the public — on launch platforms, social media, a newsletter and its own site at once.
A good launch has the listing ready before the day (name, tagline, description, screenshots), a short note to existing users and friends asking them to take a look, and someone around to answer questions as they come in.
Launching is not one-off: many makers relaunch after a big update, and listings keep sending visitors long after launch day.
